In October 2025, Estes Law Office, P.L.L.C. purchased the historic “Largent House,” located near the Square in beautiful downtown McKinney ("Estes Law on the Square"). The Largent House was built in 1921 and is a "rare architectural artifact from McKinney’s exuberant days of prosperity and growth." It is located right across the street from Dr. Glenn Mitchell Memorial Park, and adjacent to some of McKinney’s best shops and restaurants. Downtown McKinney is one of Texas's oldest and best-preserved districts, featuring unique shops, diverse restaurants, art galleries, live entertainment, and frequent festivals, all centered around a historic courthouse square, offering a charming blend of modern flair and preserved 19th-century architecture, making it a popular North Texas destination for shopping, dining, and cultural experiences.
