STATEMENT TO CLIENTS AND COLLEAGUES ABOUT COVID-19

An Update to Our Clients and Colleagues about COVID-19

We hope this message finds you, your family members, and loved ones well during this uncharted territory as the Coronavirus (COVID-19) impacts our communities.  We would also like to provide an update on how Estes Law Office, P.L.L.C. is currently operating in response to the Coronavirus outbreak.  Due to the fact that our law practice has been deemed an "essential service" as defined by Texas Executive Order GA-14, our law firm remains fully operational with all of our staff working both at the office and remotely.  While our office is still open, and we welcome our clients to come in for their appointments, we are taking precautions to protect ourselves and our clients.

  • We are a small law office and none of us are aware of being exposed to COVID-19. Our staff members are advised to not come in to the office if they or a family member are not feeling well.

  • Our staff sanitizes our conference tables, chairs and door handles after each meeting.

  • Our staff has made it a standard practice to wash our hands frequently and have hand sanitizer, available as well.

  • We provide disposable pens for our Will signing conferences.

  • We are prepared to work from home if it becomes necessary to self-quarantine.

  • We can conduct consultations by phone or conference call. If you have a smart phone, tablet or computer with a camera, we can conduct your consultation remotely using Zoom video conference.  Just let our staff know and we will be happy to set it up for you.

We know that many people are more concerned now than ever about getting their Wills and trusts completed.  We will work to make the process as smooth as possible. We also continue to serve our guardianship and probate clients. While closely monitoring the evolving situation and carefully following the CDC guidelines, our law firm remains committed to providing uninterrupted service to our clients and colleagues.  If you need anything with an existing matter, or have a new matter, don't hesitate to contact us.  In the meantime, we encourage you to keep yourself informed and visit CDC.gov for the latest updates regarding the Coronavirus.

Please stay safe and healthy.
